Fostering an enabling environment for all - whether it's adjusting workstations, providing specific equipment, being flexible about working hours and locations, or providing training and development – means understanding people’s needs.

We appreciate that to get the best out of each person we employ, we must respond positively and flexibly. We also need to be aware of how we’re performing.
