We’re committed to delivering an improved equality performance, making significant inroads from our 2005 baseline. We’ll have put into place a fit-for-purpose Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) methodology and process, and our equality and diversity work programme will be consistent and well-coordinated. We'll also have continued to consult with our people, getting them involved in the development, delivery and review of both the Diversity Scheme as a whole and new equality schemes.
