Looking to the future...

We’ve set specific goals to be met by the end of 2009, based around feedback from employees and stakeholders, an independent review of our performance, and the results of internal monitoring and consultation about earlier diversity and equality schemes.

We know that we are moving in the right direction and that there are still improvements to be made across three broad areas: in the example we set to everyone we work with - we must make the most of the influence we can exert; in how we arrange delivery of our objectives; and in how we perform as an employer.
